	The flight scheme adopted by SUR Air allows pilots to participate with a maximum flexibility, from flying fix programmed schedules for each kind of aircraft with national and international regional routes, to charter style flights and cargo, where pilots choose their starting point and destination enabling flights everywhere in the world.

Additionally, SUR Air assist pilots to improve their basic aeronautics education, get experience in flight simulation as well as in flights on line (controlled flights with real time in internet) through training programs and the opportunity to get involved with other virtual pilots and exchange experiences and knowledge.
